Common questions
How do credits work?
Trial credits create watermarked previews. Completed results can also use a credit to unlock the clean, high quality final download.
When are credits spent?
Creating a product sheet spends credits. On a trial, the preview has a watermark. If you want the clean, high quality final download, that spends an extra credit. Asking for a new version also spends credits because AIphotoJam.com creates a new product sheet.
Why is my preview watermarked?
Trial previews are watermarked in the app. Use the high quality final image option on a completed result to unlock a clean download.
Can I request changes to a product sheet?
Yes. Open the finished product sheet, choose Request changes, mark changes on the image or add a note, then send the next version.
Can I change the look later?
Yes. Open Edit look and style on the product sheet screen, choose the look for the next version, then send the change request.
What should I upload?
Use a clear product or packaging image where the item is easy to recognise. Clean source photos generally produce stronger product sheets.
Where do I find my previous jobs?
Use My Product Sheets in the top navigation to review queued, running, completed, failed, or cancelled jobs.
What should I include when contacting support?
Include the email you signed in with, the job ID or status page URL, and a short description of what you were trying to do.
